TRAINING
Yoga is a journey, one which leads us into exploration of self, one that deepens our physical, mental and spiritual practice, and one that leads us to greater awareness of all things. Whether you want to deep your practice, learn more about yoga or follow your path to becoming a yoga instructor, all of our various Teacher Intensive program will help you get there. We have an amazing group of guest faculty members who will be joining us each week sharing their knowledge and wisdom, as well as their love for yoga. We are in the process of having our training programs certified through Yoga Alliance so that upon completion of your training you may register your training hours with YA. 200 Hour Teacher Training Intensive
100 Hour Teacher Training Intensive
50 Hour Advanced Intensive
(50 hr Adv. Intensive is only open to instructors
who have successfully completed a 200 hour training course)
Schedule Overview
200 and 100 hour Intensive both begin with a 6 day immersion (Wed - Mon)
100 hour is completed with one additional weekend following the 6 day immersion (Fri-Sun)
200 hour is completed with 2 additional weekends and an additional 4 day immersion
50 hour Advanced Intensive is a 4 day immersion & includes one overnight (Thur - Sun)
