GETTING STARTED
1. click on the SCHEDULE link above and create an online account with us including your email. You may schedule your class but you do not have to!
2. Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of the class to complete your paperwork and settle onto your mat.
3. Don't forget to bring a yoga mat, large towel, small hand towel and water to class.
4. Leave your valuables at home or in your car. We do have cubbies for your personal belongings but we are not responsible for them.
5. Come to class on an empty stomach.
6. Know that all classes are for all levels. We teach to the highest level and modify down to the very basics. You start where you are....
YOGA CLASSES
ShriKula offers a variety of different styles of Yoga, with the majority of our classes being being our HOT POWER classes taught in hot room of 100 degrees.
Other classes offered are:
SHRI BLISS: Bliss yoga classes are a slower paced class done in a warm room (80degrees) and include HIPS & SHOULDERS, YIN-ward YOGA, TWISTED BLISS, CHILLS'VILLE and CANDLE LIGHT yoga.
YOGA SOUP: an anything goes type of class. It's the instructor's choice as to what they will teach. It will be different each time but know you will get exactly what you need.
WALL YOGA: Incorporating the Great Yoga Walls as the main focus of the practice, we offer two types of classes on the wall - a Yin style theraputics class and the Power Wall class which is an invigorating and strength building class which is sure to get your breath flowing and your heart beating.
FIRST TIME YOGIS We welcome all students to join us in any class we offer. The foundation of yoga is about breath; the asanas (poses) are the portal that gets you to that blissful state. Wherever you are in your practice - whether it's your first class or 500th class. Come with an open mind and let go of expectations - accept who you are today and come practice with us. It's that simple!
Each month ShriKula Yoga offers workshops and social events bringing our yoga community closer together. We are also committed to giving back to our community with service work and free yoga programs.
